Job Title: Career Development Specialist
About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to lead our career mentoring initiatives. The successful candidate will have a strong background in career development, with experience in coordinating programs and managing stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Program Coordination: Develop and implement innovative mentoring programs that enhance students' employability skills.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong connections with key stakeholders across Student Success, Faculties, Advancement, and student and alumni audiences.
- Digital Platform Management: Manage digital platforms, including the Chronus mentoring platform, and provide user support.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to innovation and enhancement of practices based on data analysis and feedback.
- A Bachelor's degree or extensive relevant experience in career mentoring or employability initiatives.
- Project Management Skills: Strong project management skills and ability to handle competing deadlines.
- Stakeholder Engagement Skills: Experience in stakeholder engagement and building effective networks.
- Service Excellence: Demonstrate service excellence and collaborative working skills.
