A dynamic and ambitious individual is sought to lead our team in achieving sales objectives while fostering a positive store culture.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences by following our established sales process.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) will be optimized to drive financial results and meet sales, margin, and inventory targets.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate their team to achieve performance objectives.
They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
Other key responsibilities include:
- Leading the team in visual merchandising, operations, and store processes excellence.
- Setting weekly, monthly, and annual objectives aligned with the overall store sales strategy and cost management plan.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of increasing sales and profit, as well as excellent strategic and problem-solving skills.
They will also have strong computer proficiency and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
