Key Responsibilities

As a Lead Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of mobile accounting by partnering with cross-functional leaders to drive high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set the design vision and direction for native mobile experiences
  • Work closely with Design Research and Product colleagues to identify research opportunities, plan and undertake research and testing
  • Promote the value of design and collaborative practice across the organization
  • Present and communicate design work to different audiences
  • Challenge current solutions and explore ideal future concepts
Required Skills and Qualifications

You will need to demonstrate:

  • A track record of designing native mobile experiences across iOS and Android
  • A track record of innovating and delivering complex design experiences at scale
  • The ability to solve customers' problems through design thinking and execution
  • Mastery of the entire design process from uncovering customer needs and pain points to executing elegant interfaces
  • Excellent communication skills
