Mobile UI Design Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile UI Design Lead to shape the RACV mobile app experience.

About the Opportunity

This is a strategic, hands-on role responsible for leading the mobile UI design roadmap and delivering end-to-end UI for new features.

  • Lead the mobile UI design process to meet member needs and enhance engagement across iOS and Android platforms.
  • Maintain RACV's mobile design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive mobile design strategy aligned with RACV's broader digital vision.
  • Leverage analytics and platform trends to inform design decisions and drive app experience outcomes that improve customer satisfaction and business KPIs.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders, developers, designers, and product teams to deliver best-practice mobile design solutions.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver high-quality native mobile app designs across iOS and Android.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of latest mobile standards and trends in mobile UI patterns.
  • Tertiary qualifications in UX Design, Graphic Design, Industrial Design or related fields.
