Job Overview

As a Business Consultant, you will enable customers to maximise the value of our software system.

Responsibilities include providing business consultancy, analysing new functionality impact, supporting product configuration and system testing activities, and developing in-depth knowledge of our complete software system and complementary products.

  • Enable customers to make the best use of our software system.
  • Provide 'best practice' business consultancy.
  • Analyse the impact of new functionality on our software system.
  • Support product configuration and system testing activities.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our complete software system and complimentary products.
  • Identify opportunities for revenue generation through additional services and solutions.
  • Work with customers on product implementation, facilitating workshops and analysing requirements.
  • Coordinate with our Product and Development team on new functionality design, specification, development, and testing.
  • Investigate and assist in resolving customer testing issues.
Requirements

Applicants should be motivated and creative individuals passionate about customer service. They should possess excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal and time management skills.
