Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with sales teams to understand customer needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Influence the go-to-market strategy for new products, collaborating with product management and marketing teams.
  • Participate in customer discovery to understand current pain points and map back to Atlassian solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-product expansion and automation.
  • Be a product expert, articulating the value of our software and leading compelling demonstrations.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in pre-sales, interacting with enterprise customers.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A customer-centric mindset, with a proven track record in building executive relationships.
  • Ability to interpret complex business problems and collaborate with teams to deliver solutions.
