Job Role: Software Solutions Expert

Our company is seeking an experienced software solutions expert to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to product application inquiries
  • Provide tailored engineering solutions and product recommendations
  • Deliver analytical and technical support both internally and externally
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement
  • Work across technical support, application engineering, design, documentation & data analysis
Requirements:
  • Degree in Computer Science or related field - Mechanical Engineering also considered
  • Proven experience in a software development role (ideal)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and data analysis capabilities
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, 3D modeling
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and VBA (ideal)
  • Ability to travel regularly within NSW and interstate
  • Industrial experience and product knowledge (particularly industrial sealing) is highly desirable
About You:

You will be practical, hands-on, comfortable traveling and working in the field. You will bring both your technical knowledge and entrepreneurial energy to this customer-facing role as well as be willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.

This is a mid-senior level role with a competitive salary + superannuation, with bonus potential PLUS continued investment in your career and personal development.
