Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Performance: Use available data and reports to identify key insights and make informed decisions for the business and customers.
  • Talent Development: Coach and provide regular feedback to your team on understanding our products and how to deliver an exceptional store experience.
  • Store Operations: Lead the team to deliver store operations excellence through effective stock management and loss prevention activities.
  • Talent Attraction and Retention: Attract, engage, and retain talent, building team capability and strong succession planning for the success of your store and the Group.
  • Safety and Wellbeing: Actively maintain a safe place to work for team members and everyone who visits our store with a focus on promoting wellbeing.
  • Roster Management: Build and maintain the store roster, ensuring it is compliant and balances the needs of the customer and team.
  • Brand Awareness: Understand the brand and business strategy and communicate it to the team, their part to play in delivering.

  • Strong leadership skills in delivering an exceptional customer and team experience.
  • Ability to manage budgets, interpreting financial reports, and generating efficient rosters.
  • Experience managing the performance, productivity, training, and development of a team.
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service.

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
