Senior Medical Law Manager Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Medical Law Manager to join our National Medical Law team in Melbourne, Australia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a high-performing team of lawyers, providing strategic direction and guidance on medical law matters. They will also be responsible for delivering excellent client service, managing complex files, and driving business growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of lawyers, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction.
  • Manage complex files and cases, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients and colleagues.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
  • Proven post-admission experience as a Personal Injury Lawyer in Medical Law.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • A systematic and structured approach to work, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to show initiative and take ownership of projects and tasks.
  • Sound technical and functional skills, with the ability to provide expert legal advice and guidance.
