About the Role

As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service. You will work closely with the store manager to develop and implement sales strategies, manage stock levels, and maintain a positive and productive store environment.

The ideal candidate will have previous retail experience, particularly in a leadership role, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to motivate and inspire their team to deliver results, while also being able to coach and develop their skills to achieve individual and team goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Manage stock levels to ensure optimal inventory levels and minimize waste

What We Offer
