We are seeking a Service Design Innovator to shape the future of customer experiences.

About the Role

This role involves leading discovery for new products, services, and strategic initiatives, translating complex challenges into meaningful end-to-end experiences for customers. You'll join an innovative team working collaboratively, thriving in ambiguity, and driving resourceful solutions to improve customer experiences.

Responsibilities include planning and executing discovery workshops, ideating, problem definition, pain point analysis, prioritization, journey mapping, and service design related workshops. Additionally, you will design products and services that better meet customer needs, develop value propositions and customer strategies, coordinate cross-business communication of service design principles, and support the business in developing customer-centred design thinking.

Key Qualifications
  • Experience in discovering, designing, and developing customer and service strategies and solutions.
  • Expertise in Service Design or an equivalent discipline.
  • Excellent workshop facilitation, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in complex, fast-paced environments and adapt quickly to changing priorities/requirements.
