**Civil Drafter Opportunity**

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Drafter to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our infrastructure group, you will play a critical role in the development and delivery of innovative projects from concept design to construction.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil drafting and experience working with diverse teams on complex infrastructure projects. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality deliverables meet project timelines and engaging with stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Support the development and delivery of infrastructure projects from concept design to construction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on minor to major road and rail infrastructure projects.
  • Ensure design documentation deliverables meet project timeframes and quality through engagement with team members and stakeholders.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Previous experience in a civil drafting role.
  • Proficiency in one or more civil drafting packages, including AutoCAD, Microstation, OpenRoads, 12d Model, or Civil3D.
  • Formal qualifications, such as Diploma of Civil.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
  • Excellent communication skills and general computer literacy.
  • Demonstrated organisational skills, including the ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and follow-up actions with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to solve problems and make decisions based on sound judgement.
