Job Opportunity:

A reputable home builder seeks a seasoned drafter to enhance their drafting team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Reporting directly to the Drafting Manager
  2. Managing and assisting with workflows, implementing quality control measures and producing accurate working drawings for volume housing projects
  3. Mentoring junior drafters in the team
  4. Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements

Essential Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 4-5 years experience as a drafter with a volume home building company
  2. Advanced level drafting skills using AutoCAD
  3. Strong organizational and time management skills
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  5. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
