Job Title: Office Support Specialist

We are seeking an organised and proactive individual to provide administrative support across various departments. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team working on major projects locally, nationally and internationally.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to corporate services including finance, people & culture, and quality & safety. Key responsibilities include managing office supplies and consumables, formatting documents, and assisting with data entry and processing tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to various departments.
  • Manage office supplies, stationery, and consumables.
  • Format documents and assist with data entry and processing tasks.
  • Coordinate meeting room setup and greet clients and visitors professionally.
  • Maintain a tidy and professional office environment.
  • Support onboarding activities for new employees.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and event planning.

Requirements:

  • Strong skills in Microsoft Word and confidence using the full Microsoft Office suite.
  • Customer service experience and/or administration experience.
  • A team player with great communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Someone who takes initiative and enjoys keeping things organised.
