Pursuits and Submission Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Bid Coordinator. This role is ideal for an individual with excellent communication skills, who thrives in a dynamic environment and can confidently engage with a range of stakeholders.
Job DescriptionThis position will support the full lifecycle of pursuit activities from identifying opportunities and coordinating responses to crafting compelling submissions that win new work.
- Manage end-to-end Expression of Interest (EOI), Request for Proposal (RFP) and tender submissions.
- Read new tender documentation and fully understand the requirements for the submissions process.
- Coordinate with local and global teams to craft visually engaging submissions using InDesign.
- Support principals in developing win strategies and value propositions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring every pursuit is executed to the highest standard and meet tight deadlines.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A relevant tertiary qualification (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Journalism or Professional Service degree).
- At least 3 years' experience working in a bids or pursuits capacity, preferably within the AEC industry.
- Mastery of Adobe InDesign CC and MS Office products.
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder engagement ability.
