Job Title: Sales Development Representative

CRM Online Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth in our data business by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute outbound sales campaigns to target new customers and expand existing relationships.
  • Conduct regular meetings with potential customers and existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Deliver product demonstrations to potential customers with confidence and enthusiasm.
  • Qualify prospects through identification of business needs and opportunity for sales.
  • Apply product knowledge to meet client requirements and drive prospect buy-in.
  • Negotiate contracts and packages that fit the customer's needs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or computer science.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Proven track record in sales.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Articulate and confident presentation skills/sales pitch and a professional telephone manner.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate client needs and make recommendations.
  • Ability to promote and sell services/products through marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, and sales techniques.
  • Persuasive and influential written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Ability to handle complex situations with a positive attitude and professionalism.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
