About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Allstar Recruitment Group. As a Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in driving business growth by developing new business relationships with corporate clients in the Northern suburbs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and expand our client base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Conduct business-to-business sales visits to identify new sales opportunities
  • Represent the company at various networking events to establish industry connections
  • Conduct market research activities to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Prepare and present financial and sales reports to management to ensure transparency and accountability
  • Work closely with the management team to achieve sales and revenue targets

Requirements:

  • Proven business development experience, preferably within the Print industry
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills to effectively articulate the value proposition
  • Experience working to sales targets and meeting revenue goals
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload to meet deadlines
  • Full 'C' Class driver's license
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
