About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Allstar Recruitment Group. As a Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in driving business growth by developing new business relationships and servicing existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our products and services
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform sales strategies and identify new business opportunities
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in our CRM database
  • Monitor and advise customers on the progress of their sales and ensure timely delivery of products and services
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in a technical or business-to-business environment
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
  • Current driver's license and ability to travel as required
