About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented event sales management professional who enjoys both confirming business and executing the finer details of the event - planning, communication, event order creation to final settlement of account. You will either have a background in hotel sales and/or events and be ready to take your career to the next level. The position reports to the Director of Conference & Events.

The ideal candidate will have strong relationships with all departments within the hotel as well as those with clients. They will be responsible for generating Event Orders for upcoming functions / meetings, conferences and events in a timely and accurate manner. They will also inform the relevant departments and senior management of any events that may impact the hotel operation.

Achievement of targets is essential for this role. The successful candidate will have excellent Communication skills, being confident in customer face-to-face and phone contact. They will also have attention to detail and the ability to learn quickly. Showing drive and initiative is crucial for success in this position.
