Job Title: Return to Work Coordinator

The Return to Work Coordinator plays a pivotal role in providing early intervention and rehabilitation services, focusing on effective return-to-work processes and contributing to injury prevention through health and wellbeing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert support in the development of health and wellbeing initiatives within the organisation.
  • Contribute to the creation of a positive workplace where every employee's contribution is valued.
  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and policies.
Requirements:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications, including certification in Return to Work Coordination.
  • A current Driver's Licence.
  • Proven experience in incident and claims management, human resources, and office administration.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to interpret and apply workers' compensation legislation effectively.
