About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Plenti. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and solutions to their queries and concerns.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and other channels
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Plenti's products and services
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Plenti's best practice guidelines
Requirements
- Recent graduate or relevant experience in customer service or financial services
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- High level of empathy and professionalism when dealing with customers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
