About the Role


We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Plenti. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and solutions to their queries and concerns.


Key Responsibilities



  • Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and other channels
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Plenti's products and services
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Plenti's best practice guidelines

Requirements



  • Recent graduate or relevant experience in customer service or financial services
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • High level of empathy and professionalism when dealing with customers
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
