The Tenant Management Organisation Officer plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional housing management services to residents.

Main Responsibilities

  • Main Point of Contact: Support TMOs in delivering resident-focused services.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Ensure compliance with the Modular Management Agreement and meet KPIs.
