Job Title: Resident Services Coordinator

About the Role

The Resident Services Coordinator plays a vital role in our community, providing exceptional support to residents and guests outside of regular business hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist guests with all inquiries and reasonable requests.
  • Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests.
  • Confirm reservations and maintain accurate records.
  • Contact maintenance or housekeeping when necessary.
  • Ensure timely cleaning of cabins and tourist amenities.
  • Perform routine walk-arounds and perimeter checks.
  • Carry out grounds and maintenance duties as directed.
  • Act as the first point of contact during office hours.
  • Provide prompt check-in assistance to guests outside of regular business hours.

Requirements:

  • Current First Aid Certificate.
  • National Police check.
  • Fire and Emergency Evacuation Accreditation.
  • Strong computer skills and planning abilities.
  • Confident decision-making and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive team player.
