About the Role

As a Senior Business Development Manager at Bravura Solutions, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our user base in the adviser segment. Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Sales – APAC, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive growth strategy that balances financial gain and customer satisfaction/retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the APAC sales team to design and implement a growth strategy that meets business objectives.
  • Cultivate and enhance strategic relationships with key external stakeholders, including high-value clients, industry leaders, and regulatory bodies.
  • Lead the development and delivery of sales presentations tailored to financial advice practices and key strategic accounts.
  • Oversee the design and execution of advanced software demonstrations and represent Midwinter at industry events.
  • Lead the creation of high-impact business proposals, including responding to complex RFPs.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of business development experience with a passion for sales.
  • Knowledge of investment, superannuation, social security, and taxation.
  • Strong financial planning background and experience in Financial Services technology.
  • Proven experience selling software to financial advisors.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills and the ability to build long-term partnerships.
