Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Horticultural Garden Specialist to join our team. This hands-on role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions. The successful candidate will have a passion for working with plants, a strong work ethic, and a desire to learn and grow in the horticultural industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with garden maintenance tasks such as hedging, weeding, pruning, and mulching.
  • Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and effectively under the guidance of experienced team members.
  • Load and unload materials, plants, and equipment from trucks and trailers.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas, tools, and equipment.
  • Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team members.

Benefits and Salary

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of approximately $65,000 per annum, based on your ability to create amazing gardens. The role also comes with Monday to Friday work schedule, with early start and early finish, providing a great work-life balance.

  • You hold a valid driver's license, White Card, and Working with Children Check, or are willing to obtain these certifications.
