Gardener/ Horticulturalist

**Skills and experience required**:

- 3-5 years' experience maintaining high quality gardens, garden beds and open spaces;
- Cert 3 Horticulture or higher advantageous;
- Operate and maintain ride-on machines and various gardening and horticultural machinery/ equipment;
- Ability to lead and guide a small team;
- Ability to communicate professionally with clients, other staff and team members, both verbally and electronically;
- Experience in using technology-based work devices such as Tablets/ Ipads to manage works in line with client-specific processes;
- To be able to work to specific timelines and be able to follow work schedules and work in line with changes to schedules based on operational requirements;
- Interest and commitment to the role to grow the current company footprint.

**Salary**: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 - 40 per week
