Job Description

As a Strategic Data Insights Manager, you will be part of a high-performing team that helps clients drive business growth through data analysis and strategic recommendations.

The role involves leveraging Mastercard and customer data to design, implement, and scale analytical solutions for clients. You will use qualitative and quantitative analytical techniques and enterprise applications to synthesize analyses into clear recommendations and impactful narratives.

  • Manage deliverable development and workstreams on projects across various industries and problem statements
  • Contribute to and/or develop analytics strategies and programs for large, regional, and global clients by leveraging data and technology solutions to unlock client value
  • Manage working relationships with client managers, acting as trusted and reliable partners

Responsibilities also include creating predictive models using segmentation and regression techniques to drive profits, reviewing analytics end-products to ensure accuracy, quality, and timeliness, proactively seeking new knowledge, and structuring project work to facilitate the capture of Intellectual Capital with minimal oversight.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Undergraduate degree with data and analytics experience in business intelligence and/or descriptive, predictive, or prescriptive analytics
  • Experience managing clients or internal stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze large datasets and synthesize key findings to provide recommendations via descriptive analytics and business intelligence

The ideal candidate should have advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills, ability to perform multiple tasks with multiple clients in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, and effective communication skills in English and the local office language (if applicable). Elaborate travel needs may require eligibility to work in the country where applying, as well as apply for travel visas as required.
