Job Description

As a strategic leader in our Technology Solution Delivery team, the SAP Data Integration and Analytics Manager plays a pivotal role in driving business value through data-driven insights.

This high-impact position involves collaborating across various data environments to deliver innovative solutions that address complex business challenges.

  • Developing and implementing end-to-end data pipelines, processing, modelling, and visualizing actionable insights to drive business growth.
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to submit tenders and deliver solution implementations that meet client expectations.
  • Providing expert support to clients, ensuring their solutions are effective and efficient.
  • Leading teams to help clients navigate complex business challenges and find tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive plans to establish data pipelines, processing, modeling, and visualization of actionable insights.
  • Team Leadership: Lead high-performing teams to deliver results-driven solutions, leveraging expertise in data management fundamentals and supporting technology.
  • Client Engagement: Foster strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring successful outcomes.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to submit tenders and deliver solution implementations that meet client expectations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar leadership position.
  • Strong experience in data management fundamentals and supporting technology.
  • Sound experience with ETL processes and tools (SAP Data Intelligence, Azure Data Factory, Event Hub).

Ideal candidates will also possess experience in:

  • SAP datasphere certification.
  • Azure Cloud.
  • Process Engineering.
  • Python or SQL coding.
  • Previous SAP data migration experience.
