Delivering high-quality executive support services is a key aspect of this role. As an Executive and Business Support Officer, you will play a pivotal part in providing exceptional support to senior executives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Effectively manage the Deputy Secretary's schedule, email communications, travel arrangements, and coordinate meeting briefs and papers.
  • Operate with integrity, confidentiality, and autonomy in managing communication between the Deputy Secretary, stakeholders, and the community.
  • Provide timely and efficient executive support functions, including secretariat support for senior executive meetings, divisional meetings, events, and committees.

Daily tasks involve prioritizing multiple responsibilities and delivering excellent service within a fast-paced environment. You will require a high degree of autonomy, attention to detail, and the ability to resolve problems promptly.
