Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health, Safety and Environment Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective health, safety and environment policies and procedures across multiple project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HSEQ policies and systems aligned to international standards.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes.
  • Conduct regular site visits to engage and upskill project teams and promote a proactive safety culture.
  • Create clear, actionable WHSE plans and training initiatives to support operational and strategic goals.
  • Build trusted relationships with project teams, contractors, and management.
  • Act as the key WHSE point of contact for clients, contractors, and external stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience in health, safety and environment within renewables, infrastructure or related industries.
  • Sound understanding of WHS legislation and international accreditation frameworks.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence across all levels of the business.
  • Cert IV in Work Health & Safety or equivalent.
  • Ability to analyse gaps and implement practical, solutions-focused improvements.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.
