Health, Safety, and Environment Strategist

The company is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health, safety, and environment (HSE) with the ability to shape organisational culture.
Key responsibilities include reviewing group-level systems and processes, strengthening reporting frameworks, and driving cultural initiatives. This role requires excellent stakeholder skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to deliver practical improvements.
- Develop and implement effective HSE strategies to drive business growth and reduce risk.
- Build strong relationships with executives and business leaders to influence strategy and promote best practices.
- Conduct thorough assessments of current systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years' experience in HSE
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Commercial awareness and ability to deliver results-driven improvements
