We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a part-time veterinary client relations position.

About the Role:

This is an exceptional opportunity to extend your skill base working in a high-end veterinary referral, GP & emergency environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and provide the best client-patient experience.
  • Work collaboratively with the team and other departments to achieve outstanding results.
  • Process consent, insurance, and new client forms with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Prioritize tasks such as managing incoming calls and scheduling appointments.
  • Contribute to quality improvements, initiatives, risk management & OHS activities.
Requirements:
  • Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing.
  • Experience with RX works is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of external medical referrals is an advantage.
  • Able to work flexible hours between 7am - 10pm including some weekend work.
