Front Office Representative

This is a fast-paced practice, requiring exceptional customer service and providing the best client experience.

As a front line team member, you will be working closely with the clinical team to deliver exceptional care for both patients and clients.

  • Deliver excellent client/patient experience

  • Understand the human-animal bond
  • Effective communication skills, verbal and written
  • Experience with RX works an advantage
  • Process consent, insurance, and new client forms accurately
  • Maintain daily administration with high accuracy and mindfulness
  • Knowledge of external medical referrals an advantage
  • Develop relationships with external veterinary practices
  • Prioritise tasks such as managing incoming calls and scheduling appointments
  • Participate in quality improvements, initiatives, risk management & OHS activities
