We are seeking an experienced Workforce Analyst to join our team. The Labour Workforce Planner is responsible for driving compliance and process evolution across the business.

This involves forecasting accurate labour demand and supply, trend analysis, gap analysis, and scenario building to ensure maximum financial returns or cost mitigation actions.

A successful Workforce Planner will have excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Forecasts and analyses data to inform labour budgeting
  • Develops and implements process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
  • Maintains effective relationships with internal stakeholders to achieve shared goals
