Key Responsibilities

Drive Revenue Growth

The Regional Sales Director - ANZ will be responsible for leading a team to drive profitable revenue growth, setting go-to-market strategies for the region and building relationships with key partners.


Lead a High-Performing Team

The successful candidate will provide leadership and guidance to the Australia sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.


Expand Customer Base

They will target specific vertical markets including healthcare, education, financial services and enterprise data centers to expand the customer base.


Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams

The Regional Sales Director will collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product management, operations and customer support to ensure alignment and successful execution of sales strategies.


Monitor Market Trends

They will monitor market trends, competitor activities and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats.


Achieve Key Performance Metrics

The successful candidate will achieve and exceed key performance metrics including revenue.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering or other relevant fields.
  • Proven track record in creating and executing successful sales strategies and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of end-user relationships and ability to navigate partner relationships.
  • Experience and relationships with key players in the structured cabling business.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
