Job Title: Sales Director

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious sales professional to join our team as a Sales Director. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of the solar industry, strong business acumen, and exceptional leadership skills.


### Job Description:

The Sales Director will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive revenue growth in the ANZ region. This will involve building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of the solar industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth in the ANZ region.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets.

### Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the solar industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
