Job Title: Senior Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Logistics Coordinator to manage the performance of external service providers, ensuring the delivery of supply chain services at a professional standard.

About This Role:
  • Responsibilities include managing the performance of external service providers, maintaining comprehensive views of all contracts, and monitoring service provider performance.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent customer service skills, and a commitment to quality and accuracy.
  • They must also have the ability to work as part of a team and participate in workflow process development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive strategic initiatives to enhance performance and growth by developing and implementing governance frameworks.
  • Monitor service provider performance, implement governance frameworks, and resolve performance issues.
  • Participate in workflow process development to ensure compliance with agreed processes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years Insurance Claims Experience, including 2 years claims management experience.
  • Minimum 3 years General Insurance Experience in Motor, Property and Recoveries.
  • Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
  • Insurance policy interpretation skills.
  • Stakeholder and supply chain management.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
