- Contractor's Licence / Builders Licence
- Drivers Licence
- Own equipment and tools of trade
- Own work vehicle
- Immediate availability for start
- Significant carpentry experience
- Public liability insurance and workers compensation (if applicable)
- Legally entitled to live and work in Australia
- High energy levels
