Job Title: Senior Rehabilitation Professional

We are seeking an experienced Senior Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team as a key member of our multidisciplinary rehabilitation services. This role will play a vital part in facilitating the recovery and rehabilitation of individuals who have experienced injury, illness, or disability.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing personalised rehabilitation plans that support a whole-of-person approach to rehabilitation. They will also conduct assessments including Functional Capacity Evaluations, Workplace Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments, and Activities of Daily Living Assessment (ADLS).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive rehabilitation strategies to support clients' return to work.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders including clients, their families, insurance companies, employers, and other healthcare professionals to evaluate physical, psychological, and social factors.
  • Present case information to various stakeholders providing credible recommendations/solutions to drive the desired outcome.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy and appropriate registration with AHPRA, or Exercise Physiology with a current membership with ESSA.
  • Prior experience in occupational rehabilitation industry (minimum 12 months).
  • Sound knowledge of South Australian Workers compensation and CTP systems and legislations.
  • Full Australian working rights.
  • RTW experience or certification desirable.
  • Current driver's license and car.
