About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Used Vehicle Sales Executive to join our Toyota team in Warwick Farm. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, demonstrating vehicles, and providing exceptional sales support.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers on the telephone, online, and face-to-face on the showroom floor.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
- Understand and qualify customer needs.
- Ensure motor vehicle registration and government paperwork compliance.
- Assist with preparation and presentation of new vehicle deliveries.
- Conduct vehicle appraisals.
- Prepare vehicle quotes and understand the financing process.
About You
- Valid work rights in Australia.
- Commitment to a six-day roster with two days off each week (Sundays closed).
- Passion for outstanding customer service.
- Highly motivated and results-driven.
- Exceptional communication skills across all platforms (in-person, phone, online).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and web-based applications.
- Essential: NSW driver's license.
- Eager to learn and embrace new challenges.
- Experience in retail or hospitality is a plus.
