A reputable organization is seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee residential home builds from commencement to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Coordinate and supervise trades, establishing strong relationships with contractors and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with OH&S regulations, building codes, and industry best practices.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in supervising residential construction projects or a strong background in the building trade.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian building regulations, WHS policies, and quality assurance systems.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage a skilled trade network.
