Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Supervisor to manage a portfolio of new home builds in the Bendigo region from site start through to the final inspection and maintenance stage.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage trades to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Build strong working relationships with clients, tradespeople, and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with Australian building regulations, WHS regulations, and Quality Assurance systems.
  • Manage day-to-day activities on site, including supervising trades, managing suppliers, and completing administrative tasks.
  • Prepare and submit weekly KPI reports.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in residential construction, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Strong project management skills, including experience in managing and developing a trade network.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, tradespeople, and other stakeholders.
  • Sound knowledge of Australian building regulations, WHS regulations, and Quality Assurance systems.
  • A valid driver's license is required for this position.
