Role Overview

We're looking for a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Site Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process from start to finish, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

  • You will manage a portfolio of home builds, coordinating with trades, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Your responsibilities will include day-to-day management of trades on site, completion of paperwork, and other administrative tasks.
  • You will be responsible for enforcing OH&S regulations and ensuring correct building practices and procedures are adhered to at all times.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of home builds from start to finish.
  • Coordinate and manage trades, establish a reliable trade base.
  • Build strong and ongoing working relationships with clients, trades, and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure correct building practices and procedures are adhered to at all times.
  • Enforce and adhere to OH&S regulations.
  • Day-to-day management of trades on site, suppliers, completion of paperwork, and other admin tasks.
  • Weekly KPI reporting.
Requirements
  • Experience supervising residential home builds, residential construction experience, or a strong trade background is preferred.
  • A thorough understanding of Australian building regulations, WHSE regulations, and Quality Assurance (QA) systems is mandatory.
  • Have completed the General Construction Induction Course/White Card is mandatory.
  • Hold a valid driver's license is mandatory.
  • Solid project management skills, including experience in managing and developing a trade network.
  • Able to effectively communicate with a diverse customer group, including what it means to deliver excellent customer service.
  • An eagerness to learn and be a part of a supportive team is desired.
