About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Negligence Paralegal or Litigation Executive to join our expanding Medical Negligence team at Office Angels.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Clinical Negligence claims, including birth injuries, cosmetic surgery claims, orthopedic injuries, misdiagnosis, and delays in cancer treatment, cerebral palsy, amputations, fatal negligence, and neonatal, obstetric, and gynecological cases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of Clinical Negligence claims from instruction to settlement
  • Conduct thorough investigations and gather evidence to support claims
  • Collaborate with medical experts and other stakeholders to build strong cases
  • Prepare and present claims to court, as required
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in legislation and case law
