We are seeking a highly skilled Paralegal to join our team in Dumaguete. As an Australian Town Planning Support Specialist, you will provide high-level support to our team, utilizing your analytical, legal, or report writing skills to help clients navigate the Australian town planning and legal system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct preliminary planning research to identify development options for clients
- Formulate projects from concept and assess whether a development type is permissible under current policies
- Review existing laws and policies in each Local Government Area and determine the direction of a project based on applicable laws
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in any 4-year course in the Philippines
- Excellent attention to detail and written and verbal English skills
- Positive and helpful attitude
