Role Overview

Job Description:

Our Parts Specialists provide expert technical parts support to trade, industrial and mining customers. They assist with product information and advice, problem solve, provide solutions, and use sales techniques.

Duties Include:

  • Interpreting parts
  • Processing customer orders
  • Efficiently dispatching products and parts
  • Promoting specials
  • Arranging buy-ins
  • Processing customer credits
  • First point of contact for customers (in-person and over the phone)
Requirements:
