Parts and Service Advisor Job Description

As a Parts and Service Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by providing expert guidance in the sale of heavy-duty truck parts. You will support our customers with over-the-phone and counter sales, while also furnishing parts to our workshop team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and dedicated individual who is eager to start or further their career within the heavy automotive transport industry. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering Exceptional Customer Service
  • Supporting customers with over-the-phone and counter sales
  • Furnishing parts to our workshop team
  • Scheduling vehicle repairs as needed during peak periods

To be considered for this position, you will be a results-driven professional with a positive and proactive attitude who thrives in a collaborative work environment. You will possess:

  • Knowledge and interest in the heavy automotive industry (highly desirable)
  • Previous experience in a similar position (highly desirable although not essential as training and development will be provided)
  • Dedication to customer satisfaction and service requirements
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and adaptability to software programs
  • The ability to problem-solve and think on your feet
  • Be able to commit to full-time hours
