About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Auto Parts Specialist to provide accurate technical parts support to our trade, industrial and mining customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret technical specifications of automotive and mechanical systems and provide precise information to customers.
  • Efficiently process customer orders while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
  • Dispatch products and parts in a timely manner, ensuring maximum satisfaction for our customers.
  • Promote special offers and facilitate buy-ins.
  • Process customer credits accurately and maintain detailed records.
  • Provide exceptional customer service as the primary point of contact for customers.

This role demands strong technical knowledge of automotive and mechanical systems, excellent communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
