Industrial Mixer Operator Job Opening

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Industrial Mixer Operator to join our fast-paced manufacturing team. As an Industrial Mixer Operator, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring industrial mixers to blend raw materials according to formulation and schedule.

The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing or mixing roles and the ability to follow batch instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Additionally, they will be physically fit, capable of lifting up to 20kg comfortably, and possess strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor industrial mixers to blend raw materials per formulation and schedule.
  • Ensure consistency and quality of mixed materials throughout production.
  • Loading and unloading materials using forklifts or hoists.
  • Conducting routine cleaning and maintenance of mixing equipment.
  • Recording batch data, monitoring processes, and reporting any variations.
  • Assisting in troubleshooting equipment or quality-related issues.
  • Following all safety, operational, and quality procedures.
  • General machine operation, setup, and manual handling tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in manufacturing or mixing roles (building materials/industrial preferred).
  • Ability to follow batch instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Physically fit - capable of lifting up to 20kg comfortably.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
  • Clear communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Forklift Licence (desirable but not essential).
  • Willingness to work overtime when required.
