Food Mixing Specialist

The role of a Food Mixing Specialist is to oversee the mixing and blending of ingredients in a production environment. This includes operating high-speed mixers, ensuring seamless integration with other production processes, and maintaining strict quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setting up and calibrating mixing equipment to optimize performance
  • Conducting regular quality checks to ensure compliance with food safety regulations
  • Monitoring production schedules and adjusting as necessary to meet customer demands
  • Providing training and guidance to junior staff members on mixing techniques and procedures

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in mixing and blending operations
  • Familiarity with HACCP and GMP principles
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Working Hours: Monday to Sunday, 38 hours per week. Location: Sydney.
